Đà Nẵng Museum

The Da Nang Museum walks through the city and region's history — Cham artefacts, the French and American war years, and local ethnic culture — across a few floors in the centre of town. It's a solid, no-frills city museum: informative, air-conditioned, and a good rain-day option or primer if you want context before exploring. The war-era sections are the most affecting. English labelling is patchy in places. It's cheap, central and quiet, and won't eat much of your day. Buy your ticket at the gate.
