Tien Sa lighthouse sits on the northeastern tip of the Son Tra Peninsula, a French-built beacon still guiding ships into Da Nang's port. The pull isn't the tower itself so much as the ride and the view: a steep road climbs through the forest to a lookout where the sea opens out and, on a clear day, you can see for miles up and down the coast. It's off the main tourist track and quieter for it. Go by motorbike or car and combine it with a wider peninsula loop. No fee to reach the viewpoint.
