Tam Thai Pagoda sits on Thuy Son (Water Mountain), the largest of the five Marble Mountains 9 km south of Da Nang city. Originally built in the early 17th century and restored under Nguyen Dynasty king Minh Mang, the pagoda is dedicated to Phat Di Lac and sits at the heart of a small temple complex surrounded by stone peaks and cave shrines. Entry is covered by the ₫40,000 Marble Mountains ticket (open 7 am–5:30 pm daily); the lift up the rock face costs an additional ₫15,000 each way. Combine it with the cave pagodas and the panoramic viewpoint on the same mountain — allow two hours for Thuy Son overall.
